So today I figured an early start would be better for me. (This Jen by the way). And turns out, it was a very smart decision. I have work in about an hour for four hours which is smack dab in the middle of lunch time.Curses.
For breakfast I had things that I knew would keep me full for a bit longer. Today was a large bowl of oatmeal splashed with Amaretto coffee dairy-free creamer. I love adding a little extra flavor in my oatmeal and I have found 1 tbs of creamer usually does the trick and it fulfills my sweet tooth. On the side I had a plate with some blueberries and a banana with a small spoon of organic peanut butter. So good! I love fresh blueberries from the Farmer's Market!
After breakfast I watched a little of the food channel but then decided to get my butt in gear and do an ab workout. It was painful but if it hurts you know it is working! Or at least that's my philosophy.
There probably won't be a post for lunch since I won't have time but after work I plan on getting in about an hour workout at the gym before returning home and getting ready for my friend's barbecue. Definitely excited!
