A Good ol' Smoothie

So it's Jen here and let me apologize for not posting literally, at all over the weekend. But to be frank, I definitely didn't eat very healthy. Probably ate my weight in Stacy's Pita Chips and Red Bell Pepper hummus. So good.

So I decided to make up for all of that this week, by working ten times as hard by making sure I eat when I am hungry and exercise at least five times a week. Granted, work can get in the way so I'm factoring that in too.

Recap from the weekend:
  • Spent the weekend with the boyfriend
  • Watched the lame fireworks in both of our towns, followed by one my neighbors put on and it completely trounced the other two shows. I'm betting they spent a couple grand lighting those suckers off.
  • Worked a lot!
  • Barbecued and went swimming
So good 4th of July in a nutshell.

Moving on, I am feeling quite well rested this morning and I plan to go out and lay out in this beautiful weather since I do not have work today! Or tomorrow! Wohoo!!!

This morning I made myself an Arnold's Sandwich Thin with some organic peanut butter and a smoothie. The smoothie contained:
  • Mangoes
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Strawberry yogurt
  • Soy milk
As you can probably tell I raided my fridge and fruit basket. I'm definitely going to have to go to TJ's and get some more fruit. I love me some strawberries :)

The agenda today is pretty simple. (I have no idea why I have been using so many bullet points).
  • Go shopping/ run errands
  • Workout: cardio and weights
  • Swim and tan
  • Have a late lunch
  • Relax
See you all after lunch!
