I hope you all enjoyed my special Feta Fries post. I sort of love them like a small child. And that isn't even a hyperbole.
Now, on to breakfast...
I ate lighter this morning and only had about 1/2 cup of yogurt and some muesli sprinkled on top. I had the usual coffee, of course.
I have been having a lot of stomach aches lately and think it is because I am eating too much at meals. I'm not stuffing my face with cookies or anything but I try to eat more at meals so that I don't get hungry in between. I know reasonable snacking is not bad but the small dieter inside me who is usually quiet rears her ugly head whenever I reach for something.
Well, that small dieter inside me is just going to have to suck it up for today. I am going to try three meals and one snack (between lunch and dinner) and see how that works. Hopefully my stomach will stay quiet and not give me grief.
Do you eat three square meals a day or do you snack in between?
Hi! I saw your comment about dates and almond butter over at HEAB...it's one of my favorite combos and wanted to let you know of a good recipe I found. It's a simple one...just soak dates and almonds until soft, then puree into a butter....it's SO good!
ReplyDeleteAs for your question, I am a snacker. I love healthy little bites. I eat meals when I can, usually when my 8-month-old is napping!

ReplyDeleteI usually eat 3 meals and 1 snack. I like to stick to proper meals rather than graze and that works best for me. But to each their own for sure!
